A former director in a large respected recruitment agency with 18 years industry experience, Leanne today owns Leanne Bell Recruitment Ltd.

She knows that successful recruitment is all about people – understanding their goals and ambitions, culture and values, passions and personalities.She uses her skills and strong business networks and relationships to connect candidates and employers.

She recognises it’s about a fit and a personality match, as much as it is about what’s written in a resume.

"To be truly successful for our candidates and clients, I need to have a ‘sixth sense’ about people. You can only have that if you have a genuine, natural affinity with a wide range of people and have clocked up many years experience in the industry.

It’s about being able to tune in to people and their needs very quickly - and often it’s about looking at a brief or a candidate through intuitive eyes and instinctively knowing you’ve got the right fit."

Andrea is an integral part of the success of Leanne Bell Recruitment. She has been in the recruitment industry for eight years and previously worked in secretarial roles for Lion Nathan and NZ Wines & Spirits.

After having her family she wanted to return to the workforce in a role that would not only give her the opportunity to put her excellent PA/administration skills to full use, but she also wanted to be challenged in other areas - working in recruitment has definitely done that!
